Can Tea Protect Your Teeth?

Believe it or not in addition to the other Herbal Health qualities that each tea has it has now been reported that tea may in fact help to protect your teeth.  Tea provides a natural source of fluoride which has long been promoted as providing good protection to the teeth. 

If you drink tea without sugar there are several dental health benefits:

Fluoride
Researchers report that tea drinking is a good method of getting fluoride into the mouth where it can provide the most protection to your teeth and gums.  Tea prevents the proliferation of glucosyltransferase which is what aids the plaque build up on teeth.
