Rhinitis and other respiratory allergies can be helped with the herbal plant Stinging Nettle. This herbal remedy is available in capsule form.

A person who suffers from asthma, bronchitis or mucus has butterbur the herbal plant on their side. This herb is known to have less sedating effects as some prescribed medication.

Echinacea is usually recommended for rhinitis allergy. This herbal pant is well known for helping a person to improve their immune system and reduce inflammation.
