Reduce your blood pressure by following our guidelines:

Start your new healthy diet of fresh fruits, meat and vegetables and lower the amount of sodium to take charge of your blood pressure as you need to alter your lifestyle by drinking lots of water whilst avoiding fizzy drinks and coffee.

The usual ‘too much salt’ is a precaution you must take heed of and you need to be careful with pre-packaged foods as the salt is hidden under the ingredient name of sodium chloride.

High blood pressure is a high risk area of medical analysis and needs to be controlled by a doctor and a trained naturopath. One of the antioxidants known to be good at controlling blood sugar is Silymarin which has flavolignans, a property that helps the liver.

Bilberries and the rest of the of the berries family have antioxidants that are the family that control blood sugar and protect the blood vessels.
