Ayurveda herb combined with exercise
Ayurveda (Ashwagandha) is a herb that is known as Indian ginseng, has medicinal alkaloids and steroidal lactones. Exercise is a means of creating body fitness and at the same time it should be balanced and limited. The type of exercise varies as people have different requirements for their body. It is particular popular with bodybuilders both male and female.
It has been documented that researchers have found that over exercise does harm the body and can result in the chronic fatigue syndrome thereby creating imbalance in the body resulting in undesired results.
Ayurveda practioners use the Indian Herbal Remedies and exercise to check the body is not burning more than fifty percent of the body’s energy at any time. I have listed below tips the practioners recommend.
• Exercise in the morning before 9 O’ clock
• Stop exercise if it pains
• Don’t do over exercise
• Avoid late evening exercise or bed time exercise
• Avoid exercise on full stomach, exercise minimum 2 hours after your meal
• Drink plenty of water during the day

• Take bath after exercise
• Reduce the duration exercise in the summer, during the winter and spring you can exercise more
