Arthritis and Asthma sufferers and the benefit of Aromatherapy Oils

If you have suffered from arthritis and have not been able to have the movement of limbs that you need to get around the house or go to work, then help is at hand in the form of Aromatherapy Oils massaged into the physical body by a trained aromatherapist.  This hands on healing technique can bring relief without any side effects as it is a natural plant.

The plant is used by distilling it with water or steam to gain drops of the essential oil required, then it is blended with a carrier oil for it is most effective when used as a treatment on the physical body.

Asthma is another respiratory problem that can be treated by the use of aromatherapy oils.  There are easy to use oils of lemon and clove buds - both of them are anti-inflammatory and anti-infectious. The asthma sufferer is often short of breath and often has a cough due to the over production of mucus inflaming the chest area.

Aromatherapy oils that have been known to benefit sufferers are tarragon and lemon balm scent or aroma that can be massaged into the body to bring relief and have a calming effect.
