Allergies and the use of the Herbs that bring relief

Filed under: Herbal Health — Shirley @ 1:23 pm

Herbalist and holistic practitioners use their professional training and knowledge of herbs for the relief of allergies to help us in our everyday life. We need to take notice of the advice that is at our finger tips to use as a preventative measure, alongside the prescription medicines that the doctors prescribe, in the hope that we can find the relief we need.

However, we also need to be aware of choosing the correct herb that will reduce the symptoms, whether it is hay fever we suffer from or sinuses, coughing, or just colds and influenza that affects us every winter.  If you are exhausted every day, wake up with a runny nose and it spoils your working day at the office or your social life then there is an answer, although your body may take its time to realise that you are helping it, the Home Remedies can fit in easily as  part of the your daily routine.

Herbalists and holistic therapists have compiled a list of Herbal Remedies as a guideline for the person that is uneasy at making decisions of the herbs for their own allergies. The herb Chamomile for skin rashes, Ginkgo for asthma, Garlic and Onions for a tight wheezing chest and a daily spoonful of Horseradish for the sinuses are the most popular herbs for use at home.
